In order to take the up-most care, all rugs go through a thorough colourfast inspection to ensure the most effective cleaning approach is taken to prevent the colours running and damage to the piece. Before cleaning takes place, the rugs are also put through a ‘dusting procedure’ to help remove dust particles and ensure no particles resting in the fibre are soiled in during the cleaning process.
After the initial pre-wash procedures, the rug is then placed in a purpose built rug spa for a deep rinse and clean and then dried.
